Product introduction
This is a whole biomass pellet production line with a steady output of 5-6 T/h. The raw materials are mixed wasted wood, logs, farmland waste such as straw and stalk, etc.
1. Crushing. The mixed materials are transferred into a high efficiency hammer mill by a belt conveyor to be crushed into smaller pieces. This section adopts one set of our JS65*90 hammer mill, the motor is directly connected to the rotor, which reduce power loss and improve efficiency.
2. Drying. A dryer here is to reduce the moisture to about 10-20%. The dryer used here is our JS2.0*10*3 cylinder dryer. It is composed of three cylinder, has the advantages of high thermal efficiency utilization and large production capacity, it's space saving and suitable for large drying production lines such as sawdust and powder materials.
3. Crushing. The dried material is loaded into a big material bin by a forklift, another hammer crusher is used to crush the dried material pieces into much smaller particles and powder.
4. Pellet making. In this section, three JS560 wood pellet machines are set side by side in line. There is a material bin above three pellet machines, and the bin will distribute particles into the three pellet machines. The JS560 pellet machine is the newest generation model in China, it adopts vertical ring die structure, has the advantaged of high pressure, high output and efficiency.
5.The following process is to transfer the pellet produced in the fourth process into a silo bin for cooling. A belt conveyor will transfer the finished pellets to an automatic packing machine. The packing machine will pack the finished pellet in ton bags.

Cooling section: Cool the produced pellet fuel to room temperature.
